WhatsApp doesn't allow hiding your profile picture from individual contacts, but there is a workaround using the "My contacts except..." option. Here's how to do it: Open WhatsApp and tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner. Go to Settings > Account > Privacy. Select "Profile Photo". Choose "My contacts except...". Now, select the contacts you want to hide your profile picture from. Tap "Done" to save the changes. Anyone on your contact list except those selected will be able to see your profile picture. Contacts you've chosen will see a grey circle with a person icon instead of your profile picture.
